Just Toys Classic Cars is very proud to present this beautiful 1971 Buick Gran Sport convertible. This is one of the cleanest 1971 GS convertibles that we have seen in a long time. This is an all original sheet metal car. There has been one respray over it's 40 some years of the original color and the interior is original also. This car has less than 70,000 original miles.
Under the hood is the original Buick 350 that even has the original Quadrajet carb mounted on it and it is matted to the original Turbo 350 going out back to the original and date coded 10 bolt rear end. The engine and the transmission have been resealed, but didn't need rebuilt. As you will see in the pictures, this car is as clean on the bottom as it is on the top. This 1971 Buick Gran Sport is loaded with options like the hood mounted tach, as well as the 8 track player that still works by the way. Even the tissue box got added to the passenger side of this beauty. One of the other nice options this car has is the front power disc brakes. The car also has power steering, cruise control, and ice cold air conditioning as well as a tilt steering wheel.
If you take a look at the rear bumper of this 1971 Buick Gran Sport you will see the exhaust pipes exit out of the rear bumper. This was also an option that just gave the rear end of this car more of an aggressive look. The convertible top on this car works beautifully and doesn't leak a drop. Not that this car has seen much rain.
